Every product page lists the sowing months for Indian conditions. As a rule of thumb: leafy greens Sep–Feb, fruiting vegetables Feb–Mar and Jun–Jul, winter flowers Sep–Nov.

Fruiting vegetables (tomato, chilli, brinjal) want 6+ hours of direct sun. Leafy greens and herbs manage happily with 3–4 hours. Microgreens grow near any bright window.
